Requirements & Eligibility
- Fare type must be eligible (Latitude, Comfort, or Flex)
- Booking made through Air Canada or authorized travel agents
- Refund requested before scheduled departure
- Proof of identity matching the ticket holder
- Aeroplan redemption tickets follow award ticket refund terms
Frequently Asked Questions
Latitude and Comfort fares are fully refundable. Flex fares offer partial refunds. Basic and Standard fares are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a fee.
