Requirements & Eligibility
- Eligible fare types: Latitude, Comfort, Flex (Standard with fee)
- Travel voucher valid for 24 months
- Basic fare: no cancel-rebook after 24 hours
- Aeroplan award tickets: managed through Aeroplan portal
- Rebooking must be for Air Canada-operated flights
